The Culture of Novaé
Novaé’s culture?
Corporate culture (or in French the culture of the company) brings together all the values specific to a company. This expression began to develop very late, in the 1980s.
There are a lot of things that can be included in this generic expression: the history of the brand, its commitments, the type of management, the synergy, the way/place of work or even the graphic charter of the company. In short, it is everything that can be assimilated to the ethics of the brand.
At Novae Provence, it is our history that has allowed us to build a strong corporate identity with strong convictions.
Our beliefs:
Naturalness is no longer a bonus, but a given for us.
Our transparency and honesty are also a way of showing our customers that we are not necessarily perfect but that we always want to do the best.
As a start-up, we like to work in a group, promoting clear communication, fueled by honesty and listening to others.
There is no real hierarchy between employees or even interns (intern's word!). Everyone is free to give their opinion.
Putting the customer at the heart of our products, by focusing on ranges that adapt to all skin types.
Our logo also allowed us to build our identity. Like the brand, we wanted it to be simple, refined and determined (the O represents a target, because as you will have understood, all our products are specifically adapted and therefore targeted for each skin type).
